Café 57 Restaurant
Café 57 opened on May 2001 in the Rózsadomb or Rose Hill district of Budapest and was the first minimalist bar in the city. After a successful start, it was the guests themselves and their needs which pointed to the way of develop. This is how the fashionable bar became a restaurant comprising two floors. The upper floor has the atmosphere of a conservatory and can be converted into a covered terrace in summer. It is a very pleasant, welcoming environment all year round. The unique creations on the international A'la carte menu are replaced ecery six months to offer variety and these are augmented by a weekly menu.
